ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING!
I hired Santa Fe Roofing to replace my roof fascia, missing tiles and starter boards around the entire perimeter of my home, and they absolutely exceeded my expectations! To say I am happy is an understatement — I am truly ecstatic with the final results.
From the very beginning, the sales team (Tarey, Chris, and Monte) was professional, respectful, and punctual. The crew that worked on my home was incredible. They worked tirelessly each day with excellent attention to every detail. They even painted the fascia before installing it to perfectly match my home.
They discovered that the original roofer had not installed proper roof paper underneath the metal flashing, which had caused wood deterioration. They corrected this issue and replaced all the fascia as per the original work order. They also tuned up my chimneys and pipes. The end result is clean, straight, and looks brand new.
I was especially impressed that they also offer rain gutters! The gutters are being installed as I write! The choice of Bronze gutters will turn out beautifully and complete the whole project perfectly. The attention to detail is/was outstanding, and they left my property spotless every single day, including the final day of installing all fascia etc.
I feel so much better knowing my home is now properly protected. For anyone looking for honest, high-integrity, and high-quality roofers in Oceanside or North County, look no further. Santa Fe Roofing is the company to hire. The quality of work for the price was excellent.
I will definitely use them again and recommend them to all my friends, clients, and family.
Thank you, Santa Fe Roofing — especially Tarey, Chris, Monty, and the entire wonderful hard-working crew!
We have worked with Santa Fe Roofing twice now. Most recently on a new home we moved into. They did such a great job on the first project last year, we did not hesitate to employ them again. But just for sanity sake, we got a few quotes and Santa Fe still had the best pricing. However, pricing is not the most important to us. Quality of work and reputation is always the deciding factor. Chris is a good guy and great to work with. You can’t go wrong here.
Santa Fe Roofing did a wonderful time reroofing a previous house a few years back. When the time comes to new roofing project, I spoke with Chris and he was very responsive in getting the quote and answering my detailed questions, for e.g. exposed rafter ends and new facia boards. The crew did a wonderful job, showing up 7:30 AM every day and finish up the job on schedule. What impressed me also was a team came last day to patch up and pain a few areas of stucco and caulked around the cut rafter end on the 1st level. They paid attention to details. High recommend Chris and the company.
Monte and his guys at Santa Fe Roofing did a great job on our cement tile roof. Communication with Monte was easy whenever I had a question. The workmen were professional and cleaned up after themselves each day. Overall, we can recommend Santa Fe Roofing to anyone in need of a new or repaired roof.
PS., Before they could start work on the new roof, when it was raining cats-n-dogs and the old roof was leaking like a sieve, they came out at no cost and tarped the area of the roof that was leaking. We really appreciated that.
Because of a leak in our roof we contacted several companies. Monte was the only contractor who was willing to climb up on the roof to investigate the problem. Once he determined the likely cause of the leak, he provided a couple of options and reasonably-priced estimates. The work was scheduled, done efficiently, and completed early. We found Monte to be the most honest, dedicated, and professional contractor we have ever dealt with. What’s more, his crew embraces that same dedication in their workmanship, attention to detail, and professionalism. These guys go above and beyond to make sure your roof is done right. We highly recommend Sante Fe Roofing & Rain Gutters!
SFR services are always top notch! Tarey is amazing to work with and always quick to respond to any questions we may have. They are very knowledgeable and professional.
Santa Fe Roofing did a wonderful job installing my new roof. The workers were courteous and respectful of my property. They cleaned up beautifully each day. And the roof is beautiful!
